Choosing the right person to guide through your journey is crucial. That is why, before we commit to working together I offer a free, no obligation Consultation Call over Zoom.

This is a great opportunity to get to know each other, making sure we're a good fit to work together. I will ask some questions and answer any query you might have. I will also suggest a plan of work.

Step 3: The power of RTT® and coaching

In my practice I have found that combining RTT® with coaching delivers fast, effective and long lasting results for my clients. Tailoring the number of sessions according to my clients' unique needs and situations ensures that our work together gets them the best results.  


RTT® helps us access the subconscious mind, where past memories, beliefs and emotions are stored. By reaching the root cause of your issue, we can rewire it with new meaning, giving you insights into your relationship patterns. This understanding empowers you to make better choices moving forward.

Allow three hours for our RTT® session after which you'll receive a personalised recording to listen to for at least 21 consecutive days.

All my sessions are offered via zoom so that you can feel safe while getting the help you need from the privacy and comfort of your own home.
